“I've worked with Nat for the last 5 years -- first as my physical therapist after a hamstring injury, and then as my run coach -- first, to help me run my first half-marathon, and since then, to help me reach a range of running-related goals, which aren't always about races or paces. Nat understands the demands of my job, and sets me up to be successful. He's a good listener, and takes the time to explain the hows and whys of things, if you (like me) happen to want to understand what's happening. Strongly recommend -- whether you're looking for physical therapy, run-coaching, or some combination of the two!."

“Dr. Collins does great work! He has kept me running pain-free for so many miles and has gotten me to the starting line in one piece more than once. He gets to the root of chronic issues and along the way provides very valuable insight and education into the causes of whatever injury you’re dealing with, and what you can do on your own to aid in your own rehab."

“Nat is a great physical therapist that delivers great results. I’ve been seeing Nat off and on for years now. He listens, delivers honest feedback, and has a knack for getting you back to where you need to be in order to keep you doing what you love. I’m a busy person so I was stoked to find a physical therapist near me that knows their stuff. From proper exercises for your specific needs to dry needling those stubborn trigger points, Nat has you covered from head to toe. Thanks for keeping me on the trails and thriving in my active lifestyle, Nat!"
